We are seeking an exceptional and committed Chemistry Teacher to join our successful and well-resourced Science Faculty in Ealing from September 2025. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT, this is a fantastic opportunity to teach Chemistry across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially A-Level, in a school that values both academic excellence and innovation in teaching.

This post includes a Management Allowance for candidates with relevant experience or leadership potential, making it an excellent stepping stone toward further career progression within science education. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging Chemistry lessons across a range of key stages and abilities.
  • Plan and assess students' progress using effective strategies to support and challenge learners.
  • Contribute to the development of a rich and inspiring Chemistry curriculum, including enrichment and STEM initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Science Faculty to share best practices and raise academic outcomes.
  • Foster curiosity, independence, and a passion for science among students.

About You:

  • A qualified Chemistry Teacher (QTS or equivalent), with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
  • Experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE, and ideally A-Level (training and support available for those new to A-Level).
  • A reflective and adaptable practitioner with high expectations for all students.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and improving student outcomes.
