Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (term-time only).

Responsibilities

• Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner service for a school catering team.
• Lead and manage the catering team.
• Maintain stock control and manage inventory.
• Plan and design menus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
• Proven craft and management skills.
• Passion for fresh food.
• Experience in client liaison.
