Chef Manager: Lead a Caring Senior Dining Team (Flexible Hours)

Elior UK in Dorchester is seeking a Chef Manager to lead on-site catering operations within Caterplus at Lyon Court. You will recruit, induct, train and support colleagues to deliver high-quality service to Elior UK, customers and clients.

You will motivate and manage a team, control budgets, and maintain strong internal and external relationships with management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence. This role is on-site, 37.5 hours per week with five days out of seven.
