Hours: 37.5 hours per week/ 8am to 4pm / Monday to Friday

We're on the hunt for a sharp, fast-paced Chef Manager to take the lead at a high-profile Central London site. This isn't your average 9-5 kitchen, it's a dynamic, multi-service operation where no two days look the same, and standards never drop.

From breakfast rush to polished hospitality, you'll be the driving force behind a busy, high-volume food operation, delivering exceptional food, leading from the front, and building strong client relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Deliver consistently high-quality food and service standards
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
• Oversee all food preparation and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, stock, and ordering
• Drive standards in food safety, hygiene, and compliance (COSHH/Food Hygiene)
• Manage, coach, and develop your team to ensure high performance
• Maintain a well organised, efficient, and positive kitchen culture

About You

• Experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef used to high-pressure environments
• A confident leader who thrives in fast paced, demanding operations
• Strong client facing skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
• Highly organised with excellent communication skillsHands on, resilient, and solutions focused
• Passionate about delivering consistent, high quality food
