Chef de Partie: Lead Prep & Quality in High-Profile Kitchen

Birchwood Park Golf & Country Club is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will take ownership of day-to-day preparation, lead Kitchen Porters and Commis Chefs, and collaborate with the Head Chef to balance creativity with commercial focus, controlling food costs and delivering outstanding quality to maximise sales.

You will develop new concepts while maintaining existing food programmes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with safety procedures.
