Lexington is seeking a Chef de Partie to support and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service. You will help manage stock, maintain product knowledge, and uphold safety and cleanliness across the kitchen, while working a 40-hour week from Monday to Thursday.
