• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Working in the AA rosette kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and functions.
• Strong Management skills

• You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working with all fresh food in a luxury hotel or high end restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
