Join our dynamic culinary team as a Chef De Partie in the heart of London! We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to contribute to our kitchen's success and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetables, according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Wash, sanitise, and store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to the highest standards
  • Assist with general kitchen porter duties, including waste disposal and equipment maintenance to support kitchen operations
  • Properly store and rotate food items to minimise waste and ensure freshness
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
  • Assist in adjusting menu items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
  • Ensure adequate supplies of clean utensils, crockery, and other kitchen equipment
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment
  • Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of proper food storage and rotation practices
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
