Salary: £35,775 OTE (base salary (£31,775) + projected gratuities)

Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week, including some weekends

• Preparing and cooking high quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Supporting food production across deli counters, restaurant service, and delivery operations
• Assisting with bespoke menu creation for private events
• Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
• Working closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
• Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
• Ensuring your section is fully prepared with strong mise en place
• Sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members

• Strong experience preparing seasonal dishes using fresh produce
• Excellent knife skills and a broad understanding of cooking techniques
• Ability to execute menus and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP
• Experience with deli preparation or delivery services is a bonus
• Adaptability across multiple kitchen environments
• Clear communication skills and a calm, focused approach under pressure
