Salary: £35,775 OTE (base salary (£31,775) + projected gratuities)
Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week, including some weekends

What You'll Be Doing- Preparing and cooking high quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Supporting food production across deli counters, restaurant service, and delivery operations
- Assisting with bespoke menu creation for private events
- Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
- Working closely with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
- Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensuring your section is fully prepared with strong mise en place
- Sharing knowledge and supporting junior team members
- Strong experience preparing seasonal dishes using fresh produce
- Excellent knife skills and a broad understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to execute menus and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP
- Experience with deli preparation or delivery services is a bonus
- Adaptability across multiple kitchen environments
- Clear communication skills and a calm, focused approach under pressure
