We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you are driven by a love for delicious food, thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, and are eager to upskill with ongoing training, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of kitchen stations, including Banquets, Café/Carvery, Bar, and Grill. This is your chance to make an impact with your culinary skills while contributing to a collaborative, friendly atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing food items according to menu specifications, ensuring top-quality standards.
  • Staying prepared and organised for the daily business in-house.
  • Working with the team to consistently exceed guest expectations with every dish served.
  • Managing stock control and placing orders as necessary.
  • Leading and supporting kitchen team members to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adhering to food hygiene practices, HACCP compliance, and kitchen safety protocols.
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any issues promptly.
Who We're Looking For:
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a busy kitchen, ideally at a Chef de Partie level.
  • A strong passion for the preparation and presentation of exceptional food.
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment while using your initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills (proficient in English).
  • A commitment to high standards and HACCP compliance.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
