Job Description
JOB SUMMARY 
As a Chef de Partie in the Kitchen department at Pan Pacific London, you manage your assigned section under the guidance of the Senior Sous and Sous Chefs. You are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating dishes that showcase our fusion of Western techniques and Southeast Asian flavours while maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, flavour and presentation.
- Oversee the operations of a specific section of the kitchen, managing workflow, timing and coordination with other sections to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's quality standards in taste, presentation and consistency, paying close attention to detail and plating aesthetics.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation in your section, adhering strictly to food safety regulations (HACCP) and internal brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels, ingredients and equipment in your section, ensuring proper storage, rotation and minimal wastage.
- Identify and report any operational issues, equipment faults or quality concerns to the sous chefs to maintain seamless kitchen operations.
