Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and service
  • Able to manage a section confidently and consistently
  • Good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety standards
  • High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
  • Able to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Able to cope with pressure during very busy service periods
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow direction from senior chefs
  • Willingness to support wider kitchen operations where needed
What the role will involve:
  • Running your own section during prep and service
  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the required standard
  • Supporting junior team members
  • Assisting with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste
  • Maintaining excellent food safety standards at all times
  • Working as part of a close team to deliver a strong guest experience
