Requirements:- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and service
- Able to manage a section confidently and consistently
- Good understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety standards
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Able to cope with pressure during very busy service periods
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
- Good communication skills and ability to follow direction from senior chefs
- Willingness to support wider kitchen operations where needed
- Running your own section during prep and service
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the required standard
- Supporting junior team members
- Assisting with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste
- Maintaining excellent food safety standards at all times
- Working as part of a close team to deliver a strong guest experience
