Chef de Partie

We need someone who is willing to learn with a calm happy attitude to work. In a busy environment with a good team of people.

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

Experienced in working in a busy and fast paced environment

able to show loyalty and commitment in your previous roles

Calm and approachable

Experienced in cooking with fresh produce

Prepared to work as a team with senior and junior members to help maintain the reputation of the pub.

The responsibilities:

To be hands on and manage the day-to-day operation of a busy high quality fresh food operation.

Able to deliver excellent quality pub food and maintain an efficient working kitchen.

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and H&S procedures are set and maintained and keeping up to date with all required compliance.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
