Chef de Partie - Fresh, Fast-Paced University Kitchen

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Cambridge area is seeking a Chef de Partie for a fast paced university kitchen. You will work in the main kitchen, preparing dishes from scratch for a daily changing menu of 3 choices alongside lighter meals.

You will report to the Head Chef and Deputy Head Chef, ensuring that daily prep for your section is completed on time and to the correct standards. The base salary is £32,500, and the role includes uniforms and a 37.5 hour week with every other weekend off.
