Job Title: Kitchen Assistant - Perch Lancing Beach

We're on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Perch, right on the beautiful Lancing seafront. If you're into great food, good vibes, and working in a fast-paced, busy kitchen with a team that knows how to have fun (and hustle), this could be your kind of place.

What you'll be getting stuck into

• Helping prep and plate up delicious dishes
• Working on the outside pizza kitchen
• Checking and organising fresh food deliveries
• Keeping ingredients topped up and stored just right
• Making sure everything's sparkling clean and ship shape
• Supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Kitchen experience is a bonus, but not a deal breaker - we're more into your attitude than your CV
• Organised, detail driven, and up for the challenge of a busy day
• A team player who's not shy to speak up and muck in
