Channel Sales Manager - Automotive Diagnostics Europe Responsibility (m/w/d)

What You'll Do

• Own and develop Autel's B2B distributor channel across a defined European region.
• Drive both sell-in and sell-out strategies with local and regional garage equipment resellers.
• Identify new distribution opportunities in diagnostic tools, ADAS calibration systems, and EV repair solutions.
• Build GTM plans, pricing proposals, and promotional campaigns with channel partners.
• Be the voice of the market, working with our product and tech team to adjust our offering for local needs.

You Are

• An experienced sales or BD manager with 5+ years in the automotive aftermarket (garage tools, diagnostics, ADAS, parts).
• Proven track record in B2B distributor channel management in the automotive market across Europe.
• Fluent in English (other European languages a plus).
• A strategic thinker, problem solver, and hands-on executor.
• Comfortable traveling across Europe and meeting partners face-to-face.
• Entrepreneurial, flexible, and excellent in stakeholder coordination.

Strongly preferred:

• Network within key European distributors or national buying groups.
• Familiar with workshop channels: parts distributors, tire chains, commercial vehicle networks.
• Experience working in a fast-growing, tech-oriented environment.
