Change Leader: Drive Adoption & Transformation

Housing Quality Network is seeking a Change Manager to lead change management workstreams within the Change and Service Improvement team. You can be based from Eastleigh, Bracknell, Yeovil or London offices.

In this role you'll own business readiness and ensure colleagues are willing, ready and able to adopt change, working with IT, Communications, Learning & Development and HR. You'll assess impact on colleagues and customers, guide initiatives through launch, and embed sustainable outcomes.
