Head of Wetland Attraction & Visitor Experience

Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust seeks an outstanding leader to manage Martin Mere, driving performance of a major visitor attraction and wetland reserve in Lancashire. You will lead 35+ staff and 180 volunteers to deliver financial, visitor engagement and conservation objectives, working with central operations to realise the Wetlands are the way - 2030 strategy.
