Join Our Patient Catering Team! We're on a mission to transform mealtimes into moments of care, comfort, and connection. Our Patient Catering Team & Hostess Housekeeping team is evolving - and we're looking for a passionate, people loving Catering Supervisor to help lead the charge.

- Lead and support a team of catering colleagues, hostesses, and housekeepers.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Maintain seamless service operations with data, delivery, and mealtime coordination.
- Ensure every patient's dining experience is served with excellence and a smile.

Based in West Yorkshire, you'll be part of a team that is as committed to compassion as it is to quality.
Main duties of the jobLead a team and ensure high standards of patient, restaurant and retail services within designated locations on the site at all required times. Communicate with staff, colleagues and service users, taking corrective action where appropriate. Contribute to the delivery of a quality catering service in accordance with specification standards. Promote a Just Culture. Ensure that all patient meal requirements are ordered and delivered in a timely manner by staff at ward level. Assist with hospitality delivery to users. Ensure the provision of patient meals and hostess & housekeeper service meet required standards. Communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors throughout service delivery while maintaining respect, dignity and confidentiality.

- Knowledge of allergens and allergen management
- Knowledge of catering and hospitality best practice
- Understanding of Information Governance
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Knowledge of NHS PLACE
- Understanding of NHS Framework of Audit
- Experience of working in a catering environment
- Experience in dealing with customers and handling complaints
- Experience of working with allergens and best practiceExperience of working with the public/customers
- Experience of working to schedules, procedures and deadlines
- Previous Supervisory Experience
