• Leading day-to-day café operations
• Serving customers and ensuring exceptional service standards
• Stock control and stock takes
• Weekly bookwork and financial administration
• Driving client and customer engagement
• Identifying and delivering opportunities to grow revenue

• Coffee shop experience preferred but not essential
• Commercially minded with experience in a revenue-driven environment
• Forward-thinking and proactive
• Excellent with both customers and clients
• High standards with strong attention to detail
