Catering Assistant - Ysgol Bro Siôn Cwilt

We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team at Ysgol Bro Siôn Cwilt, Synod Inn on a permanent basis. You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to-day basis according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.

Responsibilities

• General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and cleaning of all areas and surrounds
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times
• Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards

Qualifications

• Experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment
