Cash Special Projects Lead - 6 Month FTC

Join our Finance team as the Cash Lead - Projects and play a key role in launching a new tabletop tender (Kate Media) across our restaurants. You'll design and embed robust processes, ensure accurate daily reconciliation, and support operational teams through the pilot and beyond.

What you'll do

• Create and implement end to end Branch Cash processes and controls for the pilot
• Maintain accurate reporting, compliance, and trend tracking
• Partner with senior stakeholders and external providers to support the rollout
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend fixes
• Translate pilot findings into clear BAU processes for future adoption

What you'll need

• Strong financial controls experience and basic accounting knowledge
• Great Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
• Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
