Care Team Leader for Independent Living

Disability North in Whitley Bay is seeking a reliable Team Leader to support a young man with complex needs in his own home. The role is 30 hours per week, flexible, with a preference for applicants holding a full UK driving licence.

You will lead the team, ensure consistent care, establish routines, keep accurate records, and act as the link between the family and staff. Experience in care, moving and handling, epilepsy awareness and knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act are essential.
