Cambridgeshire Social Worker - MASH £39/h

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Cambridgeshire. As a Social Worker in the MASH team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and managing cases to ensure the safety and well being of children at risk.
• Collaborating with various agencies and professionals to gather information and provide comprehensive support.
• Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to the individual needs of families.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all casework activities and reports.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience working within a safeguarding environment, preferably in a MASH setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
