Children's SSW - Locality Team - Suffolk

In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to provide support and interventions that enhance the well being of children in need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the individual needs of children and families.
• Working closely with children, parents, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and support family dynamics.
• Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions are delivered.
• Participating in multi agency meetings to coordinate services and share information.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
