As a Call Hub Advisor at Specsavers, you'll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. There will be times when you will be required to be based on the shop floor, supporting customers with their in store journey. The aim is to provide a top notch administrative service with the customer at the focus of all you do, which in turn will support the store's success.

Based in the heart of Crawley, our busy and successful store is full of welcoming and experienced team members ready to meet you!

• Previous telephony and administration is advantageous but not essential
• High level of customer service experience
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Desire to learn and progress
