Call Hub Administrator: Customer Care & Scheduling

Specsavers Crawley is seeking a proactive Call Hub Advisor to support optical administration, including NHS forms and triaging, answer calls and general queries, and update and file records. You may also assist on the shop floor to help customers on their in-store journey.

The role focuses on delivering an excellent administrative service with the customer at the heart of everything we do, contributing to the store's success and a positive patient experience.
