Job Description
Sgs-Care-Ltd's client operates a Children's Residential Home in South Shields. We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager, lead Residential Childcare Practitioners, and oversee care planning.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop staff, and deputise during the Registered Manager's absence. The role is 40 hours per week with on-call duties, salary £38,600 per annum, and training opportunities.
