Cafe Supervisor at Margate Main Sands

Sea Scrub Sauna is a Nordic-inspired coastal wellness brand rooted in the Kent coast. We run wood-fired saunas, cold plunges, and a beachside café at our Margate site. This summer we go full time, and we need the right person to lead the café.

This is a hands on role. You'll be running the day to day of a busy beachside café, keeping standards high, the team sharp, and the coffee exceptional.

• Leading and training a small team of baristas
• Ordering stock and managing supplies
• Overseeing daily and deep cleans to our standards
• Maintaining quality across every cup and every shift
• Being the calm head when it gets busy (and it will get busy)
