We're a much-loved neighbourhood café where we know our regulars by name - and their orders too. We're passionate about great coffee, sustainability, and creating a warm, welcoming space for our local community.
We're on the lookout for a full-time, experienced Manager to join our small team. This isn't your average hospo job - we're after someone who's confident behind the machine, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys building connections with customers and coworkers alike.
What you'll bring to the table:
Strong barista experience, with the skills to troubleshoot and maintain coffee equipment A friendly, down-to-earth approach - you enjoy a good chat and know how to make people feel welcome Solid experience in people management, stock control and reporting Flexibility to work weekends and across a rotating roster Kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential
