About the jobBased at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Bar Department in London, the Assistant Bar Manager will play an integral role in facilitating an experience like London has never known. Your leadership will guide the team through the successful opening and operations of Akira Back, the most prolific, astounding outlet on the property.
Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to Akira Back's intricate food and cocktail menus.
- Assist the Bar Director in developing and executing strategy and service standards.
- Communicate professionally and charismatically to an international clientele.
- Work efficiently and elegantly in a high-volume environment among high-profile guests.
- Work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
