Café Manager - Iconic Heritage Attraction

Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Beaulieu National Motor Museum cafe. You will drive day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences and coach a busy team to excel in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee rosters, food safety, stock, and revenue targets, working closely with the General Manager and client to maintain high standards and commercial success. Weekend work and flexibility are required.
