Café General Manager - Lead Front-of-House & Team

Longacres Garden Centre is seeking a Café General Manager for the Green House Cafe. You will lead a large front-of-house team, ensure top catering standards, and drive guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch, and baked goods for hundreds daily.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong English communication, and a passion for service. 40 hours per week with retail hours and no evenings or split shifts; 28 days holiday and staff benefits included.
