Our Client is hiring for a reputed client, where you'll support the recruitment process across GRS-bringing consistency, strong customer service, and a detail-focused approach to every stage.
What you'll be doing:- Check and progress recruitment details to ensure information is accurate (often template-based) and correct before moving forward
- Handle email and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Progress recruitment campaigns using an in-house applicant tracking system, or complete relevant pre-employment checks for candidates
- Build productive working relationships with colleagues and customers, collaborating to deliver shared outcomes
- Assist with collating data so accurate figures can be monitored against agreed KPIs
- Follow and comply with recruitment policies and procedures, advising customers accordingly
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting ideas and helping implement changes within the Department
- Strong customer service skills-ensuring a positive, high-quality experience
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence across email and telephone
- A collaborative, team-first approach with the ability to build relationships and work with others
- Strong planning and organising to manage your workload and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, with a natural instinct to spot what's not quite right
- A growth mindset-learning quickly, adapting to change, and improving how you work
- Practical IT skills for communication, recording data, producing documents, and finding information
- Resilience and focus when priorities shift and competing demands appear
- You'll need to be open to change and committed to developing a professional, customer-focused service in a dynamic government environment
