Job Description
Recruitment Advisor (GRS AO x3) Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client, where you'll support the recruitment process across GRS-bringing consistency, strong customer service, and a detail-focused approach to every stage.

What you'll be doing:
  • Check and progress recruitment details to ensure information is accurate (often template-based) and correct before moving forward
  • Handle email and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Progress recruitment campaigns using an in-house applicant tracking system, or complete relevant pre-employment checks for candidates
  • Build productive working relationships with colleagues and customers, collaborating to deliver shared outcomes
  • Assist with collating data so accurate figures can be monitored against agreed KPIs
  • Follow and comply with recruitment policies and procedures, advising customers accordingly
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting ideas and helping implement changes within the Department
