Job Description- Handle a broad range of business litigation cases, including contract disputes, corporate governance, and shareholder issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on complex litigation matters.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and manage litigation workflows.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular communication on case progress.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting business litigation.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Business Litigation Associate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission, and in good standing, to the New York Bar.
- 3 to 4 years of strong experience in business litigation
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
- A proactive approach to case management and problem-solving.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $260,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on years of experience.
