Job Description
  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute global business/sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on high-growth sectors like AI data centers, medical, aerospace, and automotive.
    • Analyze markets, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, margin, and sustainable growth.
    • Drive vision and change to support strategic transformations.
  2. Management
    • Lead global customer-facing teams (BD, sales, marketing, etc.), providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities.
    • Use ERP/CRM tools to set targets, track performance, and manage BU financials (sales, margins, expenses).
    • Deliver 5-year plans and annual budgets; foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  3. Growth
    • Drive revenue growth via expanding clientele, market share, cross-selling, and executing NBOs.
    • Build key customer relationships, oversee client interactions, and optimize product mixes to boost margins.
    • Lead marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  4. Global Market Expansion
    • Identify new international markets, develop entry strategies, and build partnerships in emerging regions.
    • Oversee major contract negotiations and represent the company at industry events to enhance global brand presence.
The Successful Applicant
  1. Bachelor's in business, electrical/electronic engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 15+ years in electronics sales, 8+ years managing global teams (100+ people, $300M+ revenue) with a track record of international growth.
  3. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, cross-cultural communication, and fluency in English + another language (Chinese/German/French).
  4. Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to navigate market volatility.
