What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
• Strong skills in Power BI or Tableau (ideally both!)
• Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and interactive reports
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server )
• Knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes and data governance
• Familiar with working alongside business units to translate needs into insights
• English level B2 or higher
• Proactive mindset, critical thinking and love for data-driven decision making
