What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
- Strong skills in Power BI or Tableau (ideally both!)
- Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and interactive reports
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server )
- Knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes and data governance
- Familiar with working alongside business units to translate needs into insights
- English level B2 or higher
- Proactive mindset, critical thinking and love for data-driven decision making
