I'm working with a leading international law firm on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Specialist to join their London office. This role sits within a high-performing BD team and offers the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives, deepen client relationships, and support cross-practice growth.

The successful candidate will have 4-5 years' experience in business development, ideally within legal, professional services or financial services. Strong project management, communication and analytical skills are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing tailored pitches and RFP responses
• Supporting client targeting and relationship mapping
• Coordinating BD campaigns, events and thought leadership
• Managing directory submissions and maintaining deal databases
