The Role

Our Business Development Representative team sits at the forefront of our sales organisation, responsible for generating new business opportunities and building pipeline that drives long term growth.

In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting and strategic account engagement, partnering closely with sales teams to identify, develop, and qualify opportunities. You will play a critical role in introducing prospective customers to the value of Salesforce, contributing directly to revenue generation and business expansion.

This is a fast paced, high impact environment that offers structured training, clear career progression, and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through outbound activity
  • Conduct account research to identify key decision makers and opportunities
  • Engage prospective customers through cold calling, email, and social outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory strategies
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across new and existing accounts
  • Nurture early stage opportunities and progress them through the sales funnel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with the right to work in Ireland
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a client facing role
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Experience in prospecting, account research, and outbound engagement
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets
  • Degree or equivalent experience (including internships, extracurricular leadership, or relevant work experience)
