Our client is the Belgian office of a renowned international law firm.

As Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in managing proposals, pitches, RFPs and public tender submissions. Working closely with the partners and the BD team, you will:
Lead and coordinate the preparation of pitches, proposals, and RFPs.
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality submissions, collaborating with colleagues for reviews and finalization.
Work across multiple practice groups.
Provide back-up support to colleagues when required.
Contribute to a wide range of business development initiatives such as events and client presentations.
Enjoy significant autonomy in project management while working hand-in-hand with partners.
Relevant experience in business development, proposal management, or procurement - ideally within a law firm, professional services, or consultancy.
Strong project management skills, able to take full ownership of a process from start to finish.
Fluent in French & English - good knowlegde of Dutch.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
