Senior Support Worker

The Senior Care Worker will:

• Routinely oversee and monitor care workers and carers during their shifts.
• Take responsibility for managing the shift and overseeing the service while on duty.
• Ensure that carers always adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures.
• Provide input during the preparation of rotas and care plans in collaboration with the Care Manager.
• Ensure all progress notes and reports are submitted promptly to the responsible authorities and management.
• Compile leave requests and forward them to the Care Manager for further review and approval.
• Work 37.5 hours per week, with a starting wage of £12.82 per hour.
