Business Development Manager - EV Charging Solutions

A global leader in security and electrical products is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Electrical Division, focusing on an exciting and fast-growing market: EV chargers.

In this pivotal role, you'll:
Establish and grow sales channels for domestic and commercial EV charging solutions
Develop distribution networks from the ground up
Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies
Build strategic relationships, negotiate terms, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues

We're looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years' sales experience in the electrical industry
Ideally has a background in home security, alarms, surveillance, power strips/sockets, or EV charging
Is a proactive seller, driven by new business development
Confidently builds and executes sales strategies in a dynamic market

Package:
Up to £65,000 base salary (DOE)
Bonus, car allowance, and full benefits package
