A Project Manager/Senior Site Manager is immediately required to join a reputable developer on an exclusive site based in Vauxhall. The ideal candidate will be based locally or willing to travel there daily. Experience and longevity with a residential developer are essential. The client offers a competitive salary (£75k to £85k DOE) for the right candidate, with an expected start in January.

High-rise project - Whole scheme: 647 units with towers up to 40+ levels. The development is due for completion in late 2019.

• Agreeing project objectives
• Representing the client's or organization's interests
• Providing advice on project management
• Organizing the professional team working on the project
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Ensuring all project aims are met
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Using IT systems to track progress and personnel
• Recruiting specialists and subcontractors
• Monitoring subcontractors to maintain guidelines
• Overseeing accounting, costing, and billing
