Job Description
Business Centre Support

Location: Stoke on Trent • Pay: £12.71 per hour • Temporary ongoing due to business demands. Working within an award winning team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consistently high standard of customer care to internal and external clients.
  • General client support - receive, screen and direct calls to the relevant department.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Organise and prepare meeting rooms in advance of meetings.
  • Arrange refreshments and tidy the area after meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable working and office environment.
  • Deal with complex client issues, moving clients in and out of their office space.
  • Ensure the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide IT and Telecommunications solutions - set up telephone and internet connections, troubleshoot problems.
  • Administration duties - filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel.
  • Stationery replenishment and ordering.
  • Ensure tasks are completed correctly within tight business timescales.
  • Offer a flexible and helpful approach to a small team.

  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge, with ability to solve IT problems.
Hours
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
  • Occasional 8am start.
  • Flexibility required periodically to support business demands.
