Brunch & Dinner Sous Chef - Create Seasonal, Flavorful Menus

Collins King & Associates is seeking a Sous Chef for an all-day neighbourhood bistro in Greater London. You will support the Head Chef, oversee breakfast, brunch, and dinner services, and lead a fast-paced kitchen with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Candidates should have Sous Chef experience in busy restaurants, a flair for exploratory menus, strong leadership, and good financial awareness including ordering. HACCP and health & safety training are essential; shifts 5/7 days.
