Availability

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends, covering shifts from 6 am to 12 am.

Role Overview

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will serve as the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests, ensuring clean dining and restroom areas, and communicating any issues to the manager.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with any needs.
• Hand out balloons and organize special events.
• Keep dining and toilet areas clean and tidy.
• Maintain positive communication with customers.
• Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; strong communication skills; attentiveness and eye contact; ability to maintain high energy levels and work efficiently in a fast moving environment.
